Apple

Apple’s Retail Marketing division shapes how Apple products come to life in-store. During the pivotal 2012 to 2013 period, Apple Retail was rapidly expanding around the world and evolving into a place for discovery and learning, not just purchases.

My role

As a Designer on Apple’s Retail Marketing team, I worked to bring product stories into the retail environment. My work included designing in-store signage, creating tools used by store employees, and helping shape features within the Apple Store app that supported the customer in-store experience.

Icons

As part of Apple’s Retail Marketing team, I designed iconography used across the retail experience. These icons supported both internal tools and customer-facing materials, helping communicate features, services, and store experiences quickly and clearly. Each icon was crafted to align with Apple’s visual language while remaining simple, recognizable, and effective at retail scale.

Web

I designed web layouts and visual assets for Apple’s Apple One to One program, supporting the in-store learning experience for customers. The work focused on creating clear, intuitive interfaces and images that helped customers easily navigate training sessions and educational content.

Retail Floorplan Maps

Working alongside a team of designers, I helped shape the experiences for customers and employees by developing accurate store maps for all of Apple's 380+ retail stores. These maps were used within internal tooling and customer facing apps.
